Quiz Information

• A "quiz" is given to help validate your understanding of the program and will complete the training.

• You will be asked to answer 20 questions. 

• A "passing" score is 70%

• When you click on the "process" button, your score will automatically be sent to EH&S in order to maintain the required training records established by the state.

• In the event you do not achieve a passing score, you can review your incorrect answers, return to the main menu to review the relevant section(s) to find the correct answer(s).
